Studio Display (MTC, MMC, MIDI CLOCK and CUE) Prototype part 3

Studio Display (MTC, MMC, MIDI CLOCK and CUE) Prototype part 3 Video Clips. Duration : 5.80 Mins.

Italiano: dico tutto nel video English: This is part 3 of my Studio Display in development. It's now completed and working. I have expanded its functionality by adding an old Alesis LRC (Little Remote Controller for all ADAT machines) and now I can also use this project as a remote controller for my DAW. The core module sends MMC commands to Cubase for all transport functions, Cubase responds with other MMC controls that are recognized in order to lit the appropriate "Recording" or "Pre-Roll" lights, along with the MTC and the Midi Clock and Song Position Pointer messages. Also, I can store one locate point and use the Locate 1 and Locate 2 buttons for pointing the transport to the beginning of the song or to the stored point. Plus, other keys on the LRC are used for functions such Shuttle Forward/Backwards, Undo, and for switching display modes. I will have to find a better way to lit the "Recording" sign. Here I was using 11 red LEDs but those are still not enough for a good readability...
